following terms of use in order to be accepted as a MECX-Live member.

MECX-Live shall be used exclusively
for English & Chinese Language Exchange & Language Tutoring purpose;

MECX-Live dose not encourage or
discourage in-person meeting between adult members. All members must
agree not to hold MECX-Live responsible for any consequence of such
in-person meetings;

Protecting members of minor ages:

MECX-Live bans any adult member
from initiating in-person meetings with another member of minor age.
Minors are encouraged to promptly report such violation;

MECX-Live bans any teenage
member from initiating in-person meetings with another member of
pre-teen age. Pre-teen members are encouraged to promptly report
such violations;

MECX-Live bans discrimination of any
form, including but not limited to race, country of origin, culture,
gender & age, etc;

All members to shall respect the
moral values of members of different culture background, without the
need to agree or disagree;

MECX-Live bans political & religious
propaganda of any form;

MECX-Live bans the use of obscene
languages;
-
MECX-Live wishes to be good
organization citizen in the countries it operates, and expect all
members to be law binding in the country where she/he lives. MECX-Live
will corporate with a country's law enforcement authority when requested
under due legal process of that country;

User accounts (User IDs, Passwords)
issued by MEXC-Live are properties of MECX-Live. MECX-Live bans members
from alternating account data. User account shall be returned to
MECX-Live promptly once a member left MECX-Live for any reason;
A member who violates the terms of use
will be expelled immediately.
