Part-Time Conversational English Tutors

MECX is in constant needs of English Tutors of All Ages (5-105) to meet the growing demand of our diversified member base. You are NOT required to speak Chinese in order to help Chinese students practicing English.  But if you do speak Chinese, you will have a broader student base, since both advanced English learners and beginners can learn from you. Here is a partial list of tutor types we need:

 

Native English-Speaking Tutors who do NOT speak Chinese

• Elementary School age tutors: to tutor Chinese students of Elementary School ages or younger;

• Middle School age tutors: to tutor Chinese students of Middle School ages or younger;

• High School age tutors: to tutor Chinese students of Middle School ages or younger;

• College students: to tutor Chinese students of any age;

• Professional English Tutors: to tutor Chinese students of any age;

• Current & Retired Teachers: to tutor Chinese students of any age;

 

English Tutors who Do speak Chinese

• Elementary School age tutors: to tutor Chinese students of Elementary School ages or younger;

• Middle School age tutors: to tutor Chinese students of Middle School ages or younger;

• High School age tutors: to tutor Chinese students of Middle School ages or younger;

• College students: to tutor Chinese students of any age;
